As a mother of two I have personal experience of the impact and implications of birth on the body.  During pregnancy I help women adapt to their continuously changing postural, bio-mechanical, cardiovascular and respiratory conditions. I can also help you safely begin or modify your exercise regime during and after pregnancy.

 

Apart from that, during the childbearing year I treat:

  • Pelvic girdle and lower back pain

  • Pelvic floor / perineum care

  • Incontinence 

  • Diastisis Rectus Abdominis

  • Scoliosis

  • Preparation for birth and motherhood

  • Safe return to sport post birth

Within gynaecology, I assesses and treat pelvic floor issues, prepare women for gynaecological surgery and aid their recovery.
