PHYSIOTHERAPY

Since 2002 I have been continuously building my experience and academic knowledge in physiotherapy, sports and different areas of medicine, anatomy and technological sciences used in medicine. Today, I apply my  knowledge  and insights in particular on the following areas:

  • Pelvic, obstetric and gynaecological rehabilitation (especially incontinence, antenatal issues, post natal return to work and fitness, pelvic girdle pain, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain)

  • Muskuloskeletal and sporting injuries

  • Spinal rehabilitation (such as chronic low back pain and scoliosis)

I don't believe physios should be only seeing clients in the clinic rooms. I experience more 'client authentic' assessment and treatment when following my clients in action: in client's gym, during training sessions, when running in the woods and parks, coaching tennis, swimming, walking down the hill, lifting weights, jumping, working in the office or home. These are just some examples where I analyse and treate my clients - outside the clinical walls! And I strongly beleive in my clients' success when communication between all involved in their performance is established - bridging the gap between fitness, sports performance and medicine.
