With my passion for academic research and using the best of the international practices I've seen, I carefully develop specialised and specific programmes that target individual and the best possible rehabilitation and outcomes for my patients.

I also deliver modified Pilates on principles of APPI teaching as a form of movement therapy for the prevention and treatment of many musculoskeletal injuries. I run a range of modified Pilates classes at different levels including different CrossFit and triathlon levels, often as a part of rehabilitation or an adjacent to athletes training.

My educational role is divided into teaching postgraduate courses for healthcare professionals in Switzerland and internationally and also running workshops, focus groups and presentations for public. Some of the recent workshops on raising awareness of pelvic health included women of United Nations and Johnsons & Johnsons company.
